A race pack with your number, directions to the venue and route of the run will be sent to you prior to the event. 

If you feel you want to make this a real fun day by running in a special costume, please do so. There will be some limitations, we can’t accept walkers, cylclists, prams, pushchairs, runners with dogs nor is the course suitable for wheelchairs.

Runners must be 15 years of age or over on the day
