Health and Safety; Ambulance based at Sports Centre, two radio controlled 4x4 vehicles on the course with St. John’s fully qualified first aid personnel on board. Course marshalled and signed.

Entry fees; £15.00 for all runners who are not in an organisation affiliated to U.K. Athletics. £13.00 for members of Clubs affiliated to U.K. Athletics. £10.00 for runners age 15 to 16. £2.00 extra on the day.
